Meet Rachel

Hi, I’m Rachel, a pediatric occupational therapist and the founder of Lupine Littles. I earned my doctorate in occupational therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in Austin, Texas, and have experience working with children of all ages and a wide range of developmental, sensory, motor, feeding, self-regulation, and daily living goals.

I believe therapy should support childhood—not get in the way of it. My approach is playful, relationship-based, and individualized, helping children build the skills and confidence to play, learn, connect, explore, and grow.

I created Lupine Littles from my belief that children thrive when they feel understood, supported, and free to grow in their own way. My goal is to make therapy meaningful for children and practical for families—helping skills carry over into the moments that matter most in everyday life.

A Little More About Rachel

Outside of therapy, I'm a mom who understands just how full, messy, wonderful, and unpredictable childhood can be. I love getting outside, staying active, and finding adventure in the everyday—things that have shaped the way I think about childhood, movement, play, and connection.

Lupine Littles was created with families like mine in mind: a place where kids can be themselves, therapy can feel like play, and the skills they're working on actually fit into real life.

I’ve always felt most at home outdoors, and I’ve carried that love of nature, movement, and adventure with me throughout my life. Those values are part of what inspired Lupine Littles—a practice built around helping children grow with curiosity, confidence, and a sense of possibility.
