What We Offer
At Lupine Littles, pediatric occupational therapy is all about helping children feel capable, confident, and ready to take on the everyday moments that matter—from getting dressed and managing routines to playing, learning, moving, and connecting with others.
We support children with a variety of developmental needs, including sensory processing, self-regulation, fine and gross motor skills, motor planning, feeding, coordination, and independence with daily activities. Because every child is different, therapy is shaped around who they are, what they enjoy, what they're working on, and what matters most to their family.
Our sessions are playful, intentional, and individualized. We use movement, hands-on activities, games, and meaningful experiences to help children practice skills in ways that feel motivating and relevant. We also partner with parents and caregivers, sharing practical strategies that make it easier to carry skills from therapy into everyday life.
We’re Mobile
and Virtual!
Mobile Pediatric OT
Therapy That Fits Real Life.
Pediatric OT, wherever your child needs it.
Lupine Littles brings pediatric occupational therapy into the places and routines that are meaningful to your family. Depending on your child's needs, sessions may take place in your home, school, daycare, or another appropriate community setting.
Mobile therapy makes it possible to work on meaningful skills in the same places your child uses them every day—without adding another trip to the clinic.
Proudly Serving the Austin Area & Hill Country Communities
Telehealth Pediatric OT
Big Support, Wherever You Are.
Not every therapy session needs to happen in person.
Lupine Littles also offers telehealth occupational therapy for children and families who are a good fit for virtual services. Telehealth can be a convenient option for families who live outside our mobile service area, have busy schedules, or want support that easily fits into their home routine.
Virtual sessions may include caregiver coaching, activity ideas, sensory and regulation strategies, environmental recommendations, and guided activities designed around your child's individual goals.
Because every child and family is different, we'll talk with you during the initial consultation to determine whether mobile OT, telehealth, or a combination of both is the best fit.
Pediatric OT may help with:
Sensory Processing & Regulation
Supporting children who have difficulty managing sensory input, staying regulated, or responding to their environment.
Fine Motor & Visual Motor Skills
Building skills for drawing, handwriting, cutting, manipulating objects, using tools, and other classroom and play activities.
Gross Motor & Coordination
Developing strength, balance, coordination, body awareness, and movement skills.
Motor Planning & Praxis
Helping children plan, organize, and carry out new or unfamiliar movements and activities.
Self-Care & Independence
Supporting dressing, grooming, toileting, mealtime skills, and other daily activities.
Feeding
Supporting children who experience challenges with feeding, food exploration, mealtime participation, or expanding their range of accepted foods.
Play & Participation
Helping children engage more successfully in play, school, family routines, and the activities that are meaningful to them.
Every child has their own way of learning, growing, and finding their footing. Our job is to meet them where they are and help them discover what they're capable of.
Our Process
01 Start with a conversation.
Have questions or wondering whether pediatric OT might be a good fit for your child? Reach out to us to schedule a 15-minute introductory consultation.
This is a chance to briefly share what's going on, tell us what you're hoping to work on, and ask any questions you have. We'll talk through your concerns and determine whether Lupine Littles is the right fit for your family.
02 Evaluation.
If we decide to move forward, you'll receive our intake paperwork and we'll schedule your child's initial evaluation.
The evaluation typically lasts 60-90 minutes and gives us an opportunity to get to know your child and understand their strengths, challenges, and everyday needs. Depending on your child’s age and goals, the evaluation may include caregiver input, standardized assessments, clinical observations, and hands-on activities designed to help us understand how your child approaches everyday activities.
Most importantly, we want your child to feel comfortable and connected. Building that relationship is an important part of the process.
03 Your personalized plan.
After the evaluation, we'll review what we've learned and develop an individualized plan based on your child's needs and your family's priorities.
We'll talk through recommendations, goals, and what therapy could look like moving forward. Together, we'll create a schedule that fits into your family's life.
04 Grow through play.
Once your child's plan of care is established, therapy begins!
Our treatment sessions are typically 53–60 minutes and take place in the settings that make the most sense for your child and family—whether that's at home, school, or another appropriate community setting.
Sessions are playful and purposeful, with activities chosen specifically for your child's goals. You'll also receive caregiver education, ideas and strategies you can use in everyday routines between sessions.
Lupine Littles currently offers private-pay pediatric occupational therapy services. This allows us to keep care individualized and flexible, with treatment centered around your child's needs and your family's goals.
Payment details, session rates, and cancellation policies will be shared before services begin so you know exactly what to expect.
If your insurance plan offers out-of-network benefits for occupational therapy, you may be able to submit documentation from Lupine Littles for potential reimbursement. We are happy to provide a superbill upon request; reimbursement is determined by your individual insurance plan.
We are not currently in-network with insurance providers.
